I had an awesome time at Massage Envy last night. I've been suffering neck and shoulder pains for months. Thought I was sleeping the wrong way, or my neck needed to be cracked. I had it in check when my cousin was my massage therapist, but she retired in December. I had a good recommendation from my cousin and good friend. I'm so glad I went in! The customer service was superb and the massage by Bryant finally started easing the pain. I really enjoyed my experience and highly recommend Massage Envy. I'm definitely going back!!

The front staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable. Spa was clean enjoyed the soft music and the ambiance was great. Bryan was awesome he focused on the areas that i mentioned was bothering me. The pressure was perfect he found the kinks on my back, neck and legs. It was a great session we talked about sports the whole time which I found great took my mind off the deep pressure. I would definitely recommend going to see Bryan if you can handle a deep pressure massage.

Had my first in 15 years massage with Envy, much thanks to my son, who is a regular client at one of the Kapolei site. Who gifted me with a gift certificate. I live in Maui and called and made an appointment. At first l didn't want to but did anyway, because l was nervous. The day of the appointment my anxiety was high. After my questions was answered and time to go in, Bryant, l think he's the owner, was really cool, calm and very polite. Some parts hurt like hell, but it was a good experience. And will be making another appointment soon. Bryant made me feel very comfortable. And so did Jen, the young lady up front who helped me sign in. Aloha and Mahalo! Edna K

“SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! “ I went to Massage Envy for a facial yesterday! As a bonus they offered me a free 40 minute session with LightStem red therapy. I took 20 minutes instead thinking it would be too hot for my arthritis condition. It wasn’t at all, it was warm and soothing! As a matter of fact, it actually, and honestly reduced my pain! It was a wonderful BIG BONUS to me, as well as my wonderful outstanding facial with Mariya! To top it off at Massage Envy, their gracious staff treat you with kindness beyond compare! Wow! How I’ve missed Massage Envy from not going there since before the pandemic! Do yourself a favor, treat yourself to a wonderful experience of any session Massage Envy has to offer and enjoy a wonderful experience! “Thank you all at Massage Envy!!”

You are greeted warmly by the receptionist when arriving as Massage Envy Maui. Bryant is a great massage therapist- friendly but professional. He listens to areas that need special attention and does his best to make you relaxed and rejuvenated by the end of your session. 😁
